FAN BUS TRANSPORTATION TO REGIONAL CONTEST AT TERRE HAUTE
We still have over 40 students who have not paid their fee ($25) for the charter bus to Regionals. Please pay for your student's seat as soon as possible; we have already paid the bus company. Thank you, Angela Bowman 923-8811, ext. 3540.

ON THE WAY TO REGIONALS
Attached is the Decorating/Treat Bag policy for Regionals on October 18th. Please note the attachment does not contain the time for decorating. It will be updated when the schedule is released and posted. The attachment will give the new parents a heads-up on what to expect and plan. INVITATIONAL THANK YOU
Thank you to everyone that helped to make our 18th Annual Marching Band Invitational a success. We had perfect weather and 15 outstanding bands that performed along with approximately 1,122 paying guests. This event would not be possible without all your support.
BOOSTER / INVITATIONAL WRAP-UP MEETING
Please join us on Tuesday, October 14th @ 7:00 pm for the monthly booster and invitational wrap-up meeting. The meeting will be held in the band room. Please call Carmen Stilger @ 951-2468 or email president@floydcentralband.org.
BLACK SOCKS
Please make sure that your student brings black socks to the football games and contests. This is the student's responsibility! We have given out more socks than usual at football games and contests, which makes the uniform ladies do laundry on Friday after the football game to have extra clean socks for Saturday's contest. Student's can bring an extra pair of clean socks and store them in their hat box.
KROGER / JAY C GIFT CARDS
Band Boosters is offering Kroger/Jay C Gift cards as a way to earn money for your student's marching band account. 4% of your purchases will be put directly in your student's account. Please contact Debi Sue Aven @ 951-2309 with any questions.

***MARKET DAY***
Market Day provides the band with a steady fundraiser. Market Day has been in operation since 1975 and has grown to include thousands of groups just like ours. Each month, restaurant-quality food products, from the same vendors that supply many upscale restaurants, will be available for purchase. Market Day products are competitively priced and the Band Boosters will earn profit on your purchases.
Forms are available online at www.marketday.com or in the Band Room. Orders entered online may be paid with a credit card if you choose. You may also phone in your order to Angela Bowman @ 951-3584/502-641-7294 or Carmen Stilger at 951-2468. Please call before 12 p.m. noon on Saturday, October 11th to place an order. Pick up will be on Thursday, October 16th from 5:30-6:30 p.m. Orders that are paid for at the sale must be paid by cash or check. If you have any questions, please call Angela.
