| About the Invitational |
| One of the Floyd Central Band Boosters' key projects is the Floyd Central Marching Band
Invitational. There are 10 to 20 very talented marching bands from this area that compete in class competition. |
| After the initial Goals and Scoping meeting, all other meetings will be held for the purpose
of allowing committees to provide status of where each stands and to identity, if assistance is required from the
Band Booster Board, other band booster committees or by school administration such as Mr. Yankey or office
staff. |
| An agenda will be established for each meeting providing each committee with a timeframe to
report progress and to arrange assistance, as required. If additional communication between committees is needed to
discuss in detail the assistance required, an offline session should be arranged between the appropriate committee
members to expedite issues and keep the invitational meeting on schedule. |
| To successfully host this event, we NEED volunteers! Below are the various groups that
need volunteers. Please choose one or more groups that you can contribute to and come enjoy all of the fun.
